Obituary of T. Garrett Glenn Underwood
Services for T. Garrett Glenn Underwood, 26, of Paradise, Texas will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Cates Street Church of Christ in Bridgeport, Texas. Burial will follow at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Minister Scott Strother will officiate. Pallbearers are Keith Eustace, Rusty Tedder, Tuff Morgan, Gunner Woods, Cody Cook, and Eric Rutledge. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, December 18 at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Garrett passed away Saturday, December 15 in Weatherford, Texas.
Garrett was born March 26, 1992 in Bridgeport to Tommie Jo (Gilley) and Von Dwight Underwood. In 2010 he graduated from Paradise High School in Paradise and then in 2012 he graduated from Lincoln Tech for auto diesel mechanics. Garrett was one who never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. He really enjoyed riding his motorcycle and hanging with his friends.
He is survived by his parents Von and Tommie Jo Underwood; sisters Julie Luxton and friend Rusty Tedder of Chico, Texas and Chrystal Eustace and husband Keith of Paradise; nieces Macy Morgan and Breelin Eustace; nephews Tuff Morgan, Gunner Woods, and Kashton Eustace.
Garrett was preceded in death by his grandmothers Lola Bell Underwood and Willey Fay Gilley; grandfathers Gail Garrett Underwood and Thomas Fred Gilley; and nephew Rex Bailey Morgan.
