Obituary of Amy Leah Wylie
Services for Amy Leah Wylie, 37, of Bridgeport will be 10:00 am Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Bridgeport, officiated by Bro. Gary Demmitt. Burial will follow in Thomas Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26 from 6-8 pm at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Amy passed away at home suddenly on Sunday, June 23.
Amy was born in Bowie, Texas February 27, 1982 to parents Ricky Dale Martin and Debbie (Gilmore) Boughton. She worked in the healthcare industry for several years, and for the past three years worked for Solaris Healthcare, where she will be greatly missed by patients and staff.
She loved to spend her spare time with her children, and loved to take thousands of photos of her children and all her family. She enjoyed being outdoors fishing and camping. She also loved to frequent the casinos.
She is survived by children Summer Ann Wylie of Paradise, Texas, Zackery Shane Sparks of Bridgeport, and Austin Thurman Sparks of Bridgeport; father Ricky Martin and stepmother Annette Wood of Bridgeport; mother Debbie Boughton; boyfriend Michael Rumbaugh; siblings Cody, Brandie, Joe, and Eric; best friend Elizabeth Bobbitt; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Billy Jack and Ruby Mae Martin of Bridgeport, and Ruby Gilmore of Bowie, Texas.
