Obituary of Mary Timberman
A memorial service for Mary Lynel Timberman, 80, of Runaway Bay, Texas will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Bridgeport, officiated by Bro. Gary Demmitt. Mary passed away November 27 at home.
She was born September 10, 1939 in Memphis, Tennessee to Louis and Ottis (Russell) Waxler.
Mary met her husband Grant Lee Timberman while he was working construction in Memphis. The couple married June 1, 1965.
She loved doing crafts and was quite gifted in sewing and making quilts. In addition, she drove a school bus in Tennessee, Missouri, and Illinois.
Mary is survived by her husband Grant Timberman of Runaway Bay; daughter Ellen Taylor of Bridgeport; sons Roy Timberman of Albania, and Louis Timberman of Columbus, Ohio; granddaughter Alicia Rooker-Smith; and great-grandchildren Nathan, Jacob, and Hailey Ramos.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Ann.
