Obituary of Mae Agnes Badillo-Marshall

Graveside services for Mae Agnes Badillo-Marshall, 51, of Bridgeport, Texas will be 11:00 am Monday, May 10, 2021 at Wilson Prairie Cemetery in Bridgeport, officiated by Michael Ramirez. Visitation will be Sunday, May 9 from 5-7 pm at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Mae passed away Monday, May 3 in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was born January 30, 1970 in Hayti, Missouri to Raymond John Marshall and wife Barbara Ella (Knotts) Marshall.

Mae was married to Rozendo ‘Ross’ Badillo until his death in 1988.

She loved spending time outdoors and could often be seen working in her flower garden. Mae had such a green thumb and regularly gave away some of her prize blooms to family, friends and neighbors.

Her love of family and friends was incomparable, and her generous nature could easily drive her to give the shirt off her back if needed.

Friends and family often commented on her infectious laugh. ‘She would light up the room’.

She is survived by her daughter Renea Badillo and husband Javier Dominguez of Bridgeport; mother Barbara Raymer, also of Bridgeport; sister Laura Fitzgerald and husband BJ of Gibtown, Texas; brothers Raymond ‘Brother’ Marshall and wife Mary of Bridgeport, and Robert ‘Rowdy’ Marshall of Illinois; grandchildren Jordan Badillo, Joey Moya, Mariyah Moya, and Javier Dominguez, all of Bridgeport; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mae was preceded in death by her father Raymond Marshall, and husband Rozendo Badillo.
